Influenza Flu test Kit A/B cassette, 20pcs

Product name

The Influenza A/B 2 Panel test is a qualitative immunochromatographic rapid test. The test uses monoclonal antibodies and detects influenza type A (nucleoprotein) and type B antigens (surface protein). The antigens are extracted from the respiratory sample material with an extraction buffer. In the test region monoclonal anti-influenza antibodies (mouse) have been placed on the membrane. If the extract of the nasal smear contain influenza antigens, they form a complex with the influenza antibodies marked with red particles, which travel through the membrane via capillary action. In the test area the color particle antibody antigen complex reacts with the anti-influenza antibodies immobilized there, forming a red line. If this red line is present in the test area, then the test is positive, if there is no red line, the test is negative. In the area of the control region an anti-mouse antibody is immobilized which binds with the excessive reagent (color marked anti-influenza antibodies). This also monitors the functionality of the immune test. The test result is invalid, if no red line appears in the control area.
