Allerfre contains loratidine, an anti-allergy medicine. It is used for the symptomatic treatment of differents kinds of allergies, such as hay fever. Symptoms can be: inflamed nasal mucus, red and itchy eyes, sneezing and a runny nose. Loratidine blocks the histamines in the body that cause these symptoms.
